You know home wine making does not have to be some strange and mysterious hobby. Everyone seems to think that it is hard to make your own wine at home. I don’t get it. The process of making wine is not really very complicated. In fact it is about as simple as it gets … all you are really doing is mixing a few ingredients together and letting them sit for a while. Does that sound hard? Honestly everyone can have a good amount of success at making their own table wine for dinner and special occasions … and you know what? Everybody wants to lose weight. Even those who are skinny want to loose those love handles. Well the Akins diet suggets you eat very little breads and carbohydrates. True you lose the weight but what do you gain? Well, you could gain unwanted health challeges. Instead focus on good protein meals. You can try to stick with good proteins or try Medifast. What are good proteins? Well, I am glad you asked. Some good protein include fish, shellfish, nuts, seeds, low-fat cheese, 1% milk, eggs (yummy!), green peas, and dry beans. Eating the right proteins will help control your weight and make you feel great.

Beer + Pong = Fun!

Beer pong is the newest rage in party drinking games. This game has it’s origins in Beirut, and was originally played with paddles during it’s hay day in the 1950’s and 60’s.

To begin with, the game had paddles, but now people just play with the balls minus the paddles. Which is pretty interesting because there’s no “rebuttal” of a live ball. You have to throw, recover the ball, then throw again. But in ping pong, you go back and forth.

You need to get yourself some cool beer pong tables and that will make your life a bunch easier too. Believe me.
