I turned around two days after the conversation that I overheard and I wrote out exactly what I wanted in life. I wrote up how much money I wanted to make, the type of influence I wanted to have, the type of authority I wanted to have, the type of schedule I wanted to have; very specific and detailed. What I wanted in a job; and I kid you not, out of the blue, the phone rings and a person that I had never expected to call for any reason called and invited me to take an opportunity with their organization that would pay me more money than I had ever made in my life; so this step is vitally important.
