I just started a small computer services and web design company in Florida

I want to know the following

- Does the company charge taxes to customers for the computer services or web design? What kinds of taxes?

- Where is a good place to get templates of contracts for these specific kind of jobs?

- Is it a good idea to put myself as a employee of my own company? this company is a LLC. or just to take out money from the business bank account as "member retribution"

-Can you recommend good books about this matter?
