can anyone please tell em the difference between e-commerce and web design.
i’m looking to do the either of the course or both combined. can anyone recommend where i can do a training for this.
alsso the aim of studying the courses is to be able to design and set up a website and start selling on it.
thanks you advice will be appreciated
E-commerce is selling online, ofcourse you need to design a website to sell it, so you would need both. The best way to learn how is to go to your local book store and get a book on php, html, css, and mysql.

e-commerce is the buying and selling. Web design is how to set up a website (whether or not you sell stuff).
IMHO, I think you should do the web design, and buy the part where you do the actual selling. Especially, I’d use somebody else’s setup for taking credit cards. Lots of exposure, and lots of liability. Most merchant service accounts have something you can link to.
