At what softwares web designers should have a profound grip and command to become a good web designer ?

Is there still a good scope in the field of web desgining ?

It depends what part of "web designing" you’re going into. If it’s creative, then you will need to know Adobe Photoshop, or other professional software for image manipulation. If it’s the implementation side, you will need to know Microsoft .Net or PHP or any other programming language that will achieve the same.
